Returns & Replacements
Since most of Skip2PBX products and services are downloadable and/or provided as a service, physical returns are not applicable. Replacements are applicable only to some kind of services and by a direct contact with sales representatives.

VAT & Invoicing
Prices are VAT-included and customized for each customer type. Special prices are automatically displayed on products pages and cart once the user has logged-in.
For EU businesses VAT code and VAT Country (Two Country digits, i.e. UK for united Kingdom, ) information are mandatory to comply to current EU invoicing laws. Incomplete orders will be hold untile VAT information is provided.
